Muffuletta Pasta Salad
INGREDIENTS :
- 16 oz jar of Louie’s Muffuletta
- 1 Pound pasta shells, cooked until soft and drained
- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 3-1/4 inch slices of dried salami cut into small cubes
- 3- 1/4 inch slices of mortadella or boiled ham, cut into small cubes
- 3-1/4 inch slices of provolone cheese, cut into small cubes
- Shredded parmesan to top
DIRECTIONS
- Drain pasta and place in large serving bowl
- Add all contents of Louie’s Mufuletta and remaining ingredients
- Mix well
- Top with shredded parmesan
- Refrigerate
