Italian Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS :
- 3 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs or crackers crumbled
- 1/2 package Louie’s Italian Beef Seasoning
- Sliced mushrooms or 1/2 cup Parmesan Romano or Asiago Cheese before baking. Spoon thick marinara or ketchup on top of meatloaf. (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Shape and place in oblong pan.
- Add sliced mushrooms or 1/2 cup Parmesan Romano or asiago cheese. (Optional)
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
