Louie’s Coating for Steaks or Chops

  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 3oz pkg Louie’s Seasoning
  • Meat of choice (Great on beef or venison steaks and chops)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix flour and Louie’s Seasoning
  2. Dredge meat
