Muffuletta Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS :

  • 16 oz jar of Louie’s Muffuletta
  • 1 Pound pasta shells, cooked until soft and drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 1 large clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 3-1/4 inch slices of dried salami cut into small cubes
  • 3- 1/4 inch slices of mortadella or boiled ham, cut into small cubes
  • 3-1/4 inch slices of provolone cheese, cut into small cubes
  • Shredded parmesan to top

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drain pasta and place in large serving bowl
  2. Add all contents of Louie’s Mufuletta and remaining ingredients
  3. Mix well
  4. Top with shredded parmesan
  5. Refrigerate
